Any cancellation made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time, will attract a fifty percent (50%) penalty. Any cancellation made within twenty-four (24) hours or on the same day that the booking is made will attract a one hundred percent (100%) penalty. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Advenique Ltd within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.

If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
